I believe God doesn't define perfection as doing everything the right way all the time. God defines perfection as loving and accepting all people as they are, and recognizing their intrinsic worth. I don't have any use for religion that's all about who's in and who's out. God is the only capable judge of humans' hearts, so I think we should leave the judging to him.

Thank you for your post, Sarah. My family and I have known Herb for over a decade and he and his wife Crystal are truly followers of Jesus. So nice to "meet" people and share God's goodness with each other. May we all become more and more like Jesus so that we may help others see what God is really all about...LOVE!
